I am the earth.
I don't like to change,
But I will if I'm pushed.
Most only see the surface,
And never wish to look deeper,
Or try to understand me.
Within me are many secrets,
Many answers,
Many beautiful jewels,
If only you would take the time to look.
But so few do...
So I keep everything hidden;
Fear, anger, doubt...
Eventually, I can hold it in no longer.
Then it comes out, all at once,
But in an instant, it's over.
One moment I am calm;
The next, I could explode.
But this is me;
I am the earth.
